Fee Schedule

Due to rising costs, we regret that we have recently had to increase our boarding rate. This increase only affects our rates for boarding. Fees for additional services have either remained the same or, in some cases been eliminated or reduced. Please note that these rates will be in effect for any reservation made after December 1, 2007. Reservations made prior to this date will be honored at our previous rates.

Though business costs dictate these changes, we at TM's Kennel are still committed to ensuring that you pet's stay is as comfortable as possible. Maintaining quality of care is of the utmost importance to us and these changes only ensure that we can continue to do just that.

+Multi-Pet Discount: There will be a20% discount off the boarding rate of a third pet if at least two of the pets are boarding together. (Discount applies to the lower-rate pet. i.e. If two dogs board together and the family cat boards as well, the discount will be applied to the cat's boarding rate. If two cats board together and the family dog boards as well, the discount will be applied to one of the cat's boarding rates.) Determination as to whether the pets can be boarded together is at the discretion of TM's Kennel should there be considerable size, or activity level, difference in the pets, or should any "arguments" arise from boarding together.

Cancellation Policy: During Peak Seasons (Memorial Day through Labor Day, School Vacation for MA and NH, and Holidays), we require at least 48 hours notice of any full cancellation or reservation changes. If 48 hours is not given, there will be a $25 penalty fee per pet reservation. Additionally, if the animal is called for earlier than the scheduled departure date, the $25 Penalty Fee will apply.
