| Make an appointment with a Kamp Kounciler to meet your dog and review your application |
| Day One of DayKamp will be a transitional day where your dog can get used to the Kamp
and we can determine what group he'll fit into |

| Age: 4 months or older |
| Spay/Neuter: All dogs over 7 months must be spayed/neutered in
order to join DayKamp Group Play sessions. Any female that has "come into
season" must be spayed before beginning or resuming DayKamp Group Play sessions. |
| Vaccines/Medical Requirements:
| Current Rabies Vaccine |
| Parvo/Distemper Vaccine within the past year (puppies must have had their full series) |
| Canine Cough (Bordetella) Vaccine every 6 months |
| Annual negative Fecal Float |
| Proof that your dog is on year-round Heartworm preventative |

| General: We do encourage the use of Flea/Tick spot-on products,
however these products are pesticides and if ingested during play could make other dogs
very sick. We require that all spot-on products be administered two days prior to
joining any Group Play sessions. |
