Boarding is our primary service at TM's Kennel. Ted Meisner, our founder, cancelled his own vacation plans back in 1965 because he could not find adequate housing for his three beloved dogs. At that time, the only options were to place the family pet in a facility that would house him in a small cage, or keep him in cramped quarters at a local veterinary hospital. These options still exist today, however we at TM's Kennel feel there is a better way! Dogs should have the ability to freely walk outside, stretch their legs, and smell the fresh air. Cats should be able to climb into a cozy perch or sun themselves in a warm window. Though no facility can truly replicate "home," we believe that each pet has a right to feel "at home" in the environment in which they are staying. Our goal is to provide them with such a place. In addition, you can rest assured that your pets are under supervision by our live-in staff 24 hours-a-day. Our facility is never unattended. This is, perhaps, one of the most important differences between TM's Kennel and other boarding facilities.
